What helps us answer well
Where your data has to live. A jurisdiction, a cloud account, or a physical building. This decides which of the four deployments applies before anything else is discussed.
Which sources matter most. Naming the two or three systems that hold the answers is more useful than a complete inventory.
Who is asking the questions. A revenue team, a support desk and an engineering group want very different things from the same memory.
Your hard constraint. Certification, erasure, air-gap, latency. If we cannot meet it today we would rather tell you now than three weeks into a pilot.
